Anand Ghatnekar is a technology business leader with three decades of experience driving growth and transformation at global enterprises. A technologist at heart, he is passionate about applying digital technologies for business transformation and growth.
Before founding Infera Systems, Anand led technology and product portfolios across cloud & AI infrastructure, data storage, and cybersecurity enterprise platforms — most recently as Group Vice President at Cohesity, and VP of Engineering at Veritas Technologies and Tintri, where he launched new products and was instrumental in incepting Veritas’s AI practice. Earlier, he held leadership roles at CA Technologies, Symantec, EMC, and Seagate, scaling global engineering teams across Storage and Cybersecurity for industries spanning Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, and Telecom.
His track record is built on four principles: innovation, quality, operational excellence, and customer-first discipline — the combination that grew customer confidence, drove business growth, and shipped product innovation at each stop along the way. A trusted advisor to Fortune 500 leaders, Anand holds three U.S. patents, a M.S. in Computer Science from Boston University, and is an ISB-certified executive leader.
